เรียนฟรีจริงหรือ?

ถ้าอยากจะมาเรียนก็คือ ต้องรีบแล้วนะคะ เพราะอีกหน่อยเขาจะคิดค่าเรียนแล้ว เริ่มตั้งแต่ปี 2007 แต่ยังไม่ได้กำหนดราคามาแน่นอน แต่ขึ้นแน่ๆนะ
